The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is finally released on DVD and Blu-Ray December 2nd in the US and Canada. With Prince Caspian's release comes a bit of Narnia news concerning the upcoming "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" movie and television airings of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
The second movie in C.S. Lewis' Narnia Chronicles, Prince Caspian was released in US theatres May 16, 2008 (200 days ago). The new DVD and Blu-ray releases are full of special features, including two pieces of concept art from the upcoming third Narnia movie "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" and a behind the scenes look at the Treasure Chamber featured below. In Prince Caspian the Pevensie children return to Narnia a year later to find that time passes differently in Narnia. They are soon enlisted to help once again, this time to ward off an evil king and put the rightful heir, Prince Caspian, on the throne.
When you do check out the special features, don't forget to look for the hidden Easter Eggs. 'H.M. Swanwhite' writes: "They are all on disc 2. Skandar's Blonde Cam is on the first lion head decoration. The Toastie feature is on a little crown figure that appears by subtitles when you go down. On the second page the argument over Trumpkin is also on the lion. On the last page the feature on KC Hodenfield is on the lion and the one on Shane Rangi is on the crown by subtitles."

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe will have it's cable premiere on ABC Family December 12th as part of their 25 Days of Christmas programming. Check your local listings for accurate times, in EST the film airs at 6pm and 9:30 PM on December 12th.
